It’s quite amusing when you look at a photograph on someone’s site and you say to yourself… “I know that tree!”
Yup… going back to the New Year, I found it…
It’s great to see the two totally different treatments of the same subject. I think his angle of view is much better, but the skies I think are just different rather than better/worse.

I agree, the two photies are completely different in mood, though I think the other is a little vertigo-inducing in its composition

I like yours better. It’s true he got more up close and personal with the tree, but you wouldn’t want to do that in the dark.
