Simply Stu More Goat Please

Public Safety

Wednesday 23rd January

Banned for public safety? They should be banned simply for being freaks.

Dog leash Goths ‘hounded off bus’

I bet there’s uproar in “equal rights for freaks” circles.

Oh… and no points to the journo who came up with that pun.

Disclaimer - I’m sure they’re very nice young people really.

  1. heh, yes. If you are hassled for a CHOICE YOU MADE you brought it on yourself FFS. They were not discriminated against for who they were but for actions they took. You can’t change your race, shape, place of birth or number of limbs or eyes, but you can sure as hell look around you* and conclude that most people don’t wear leads.

If you’re blind, ask someone else to look for you.

  2. Oi! Leave the freaks alone. I’ve seen people on the bus with their dogs. They have to keep their pet on a lead.

If i was her, I would have removed the lead and then bit one of the passengers.

He could have then said “I told you so”….

  3. I read somewhere that the bus driver said something like “no dogs on the bus” to them. Which is kinda rude, whether they are fruit loops or not!

  4. No mention of “Stupid Twats” in the 6 equality strands (race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation). Therefore it is OK to ban then for being “Stupid Twats”. I dont know who is more wrong here, him? or her?

  6. D’y'know, I was just thinking the other day that there isn’t enough ridicule in world today.

If she was upset about being told that dogs aren’t allowed on the bus, she shouldn’t be wearing a lead. There needs to be more people in the world like Nelson from The Simpsons. People who are happy to stand, point, and say “HaHaaa!”

  8. My . . . we don’t see too many types like that around here. Course we don’t have public transportation around here either. Maybe there is a connection?

*Can’t even get our goats to walk on a lead, how could I get my husband on one?*

  9. Nothing wrong with being a freak, I am one myself. I’m just not a stupid fuckwitted freak. I expect to earn a level of inconvenience proportional to how obvious my freakishness is, which is why I don’t take my LEGO to the pub.

  10. You should take your lego to the pub… I’ve heard it can be fun. Especially if you make a windmill with it!

  11. I have a dream, that one day people will be able to take Lego on public transport and to the pub. Without being thrown out by scary bartenders and bus drivers.

  12. Oh yeah, wait, I DID take my LEGO to the pub. But I kept it in its box until I was ready to play with it.

I’m sure there’s a moral in here somewhere.

  13. So as long as that chap carries his pet girlfriend round in a box, it’ll all be ok?

    I think that’s the point you’re making.

And why am I tempted to get on a bus with my Lego truck at the weekend?
