I received a message from support, which they had received from a customer. It didn’t say the following, but the sentiment is exactly the same…
Dear Support,
I was writing a letter and my computer was very sluggish. Therefore I turned my computer off.
After that the problem became MUCH WORSE. No matter what keys I pressed, nothing would appear on my screen.
I lost ALL of my work.

No way! I turned my computer off and now I can’t use it? LOL!

After many years in technical support, this doesn’t surprise me, but still amuses me somewhat
Isn’t it frustrating when people don’t have ANY idea about technology, even at its lowest level… bah…
