The barriers are placed round a big hole in the road which was full of water and had Severn Trent vans and JCBs round it all morning. My mum in the next village had no water all morning. And my friend who lives about 50 metres away confirmed the burst main. But if you want to cry FAKE! you may do so. It is a free country. Feel free to remain unconvinced, rollasoc, but there was no snow, anywhere in the county for about a week up to seeing this sight.

I live in a corner house. Last night when I got home, there was snow one road, but totally clear on the other road. But then the sun was shining on the clear road and the snowy road was in shadow. (which it kinda is on your images). Plus my girlfriend's road, pretty much gets no sunlight on it, so it has snow on it, two or three days after it had cleared from the surrounding roads. Not convinced.
