What does coarse mean in the phrase coarse fishing?

Is it considered of lower difficulty than something else which is considered fine fishing? It’s something I’ve never had explained to my satisfaction.

Go on then, a little test. Without googling*, and without checking the comments (where the answers are), how many of the Seven Wonders of the World can you name?

Ok… so not quite ‘relax’, but after a sleep and a cup of coffee, it’s not so bad. The builder is coming this morning. A big dose of ‘get on with it’ is required… well, yeah… after 3 months of living on adrenalin there’s very little ‘get on with it’ left, but you know… needs must.
